Prior to his position as Southern Oregon’s Investment Consultant, Phillip worked for five years for Northwest Community Credit Union working with members on budget construction, loans, and retirement planning. He is well suited to address the needs of individuals, small business owners, and anyone looking to broaden their investment and/or retirement base.

Phillip attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and a Certificate in Applied Finance and Economics.
